The following is the fee policy for students attending our school:
Tuition fees: Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each semester and must be paid in full by the due date. Fees will not be refunded for students who withdraw partway through the semester.
Additional fees: Additional fees may include textbooks, school supplies, and field trip costs. These fees will be communicated to parents and guardians prior to the start of the school year.
Late fees: If tuition or other fees are not paid by the due date, a late fee of 5% will be added to the outstanding balance.
Payment plans: Payment plans can be arranged for families who are unable to pay tuition in full at the beginning of the semester. Payment plans must be arranged in advance and may include interest charges.
Scholarships and financial aid: Our school offers scholarships and other forms of financial aid to students who demonstrate financial need or academic achievement. Information about these programs can be obtained from the school office.
It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to ensure that all fees are paid on time. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or expulsion from school.
All fees are VAT included.
1. All payments are not refundable or transferable. And shall be made before the classes started.
2. All fees must be paid for the same period (as mentioned in CISC School Term Calendar).
3. Penalties apply where fees remain outstanding beyond the due date (5$ per day).
The above school fees and services are subject to change without prior announcement.
By enrolling your child in CISC School. Parents and guardians agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the school.
No discount on tuition fees will be given for sick days or holidays and no refund will be given to a child who does not attend the school.
