With the upcoming Water Festival in Cambodia, we want to teach our primary students about the origin of the Holiday also known as Bon Om Touk, it's one of the most celebrated and vibrant events in the country. The student also gets to taste Ambok which is a traditional flattened rice dish that remains a popular snack and is sold widely during the Water Festival.

Our Preschool student has learned about the process of jelly making and exploring ingredients like pectin, sugar, condensed milk, jackfruit, coconut milk and edible flower. They had so much fun in the process because the possibilities are endless with the shape of each jelly. The results are not only beautiful but yummy too!

Halloween this year at CISC was celebrated with much fun and prepared by our secondary students. Students and teachers came dressed up in their beautiful costumes such as princesses, witches, ghosts, scary movie characters, skeletons, vampires, and other favorite evil and spooky characters for the Halloween celebration. Everyone enjoyed trick-or-treating, dancing, Halloween games and craft.

Our students are prepared and ready to compete in the final stage of the STEM competition on Monday 30th, 2023 at CJCC. Through teamwork and guidance from their mentor, we're beyond proud of our students to represent the school to compete with honor. They've passed the 9-round selection nationwide. Cambridge International School of Cambodia (CISC) was founded since 2010. It started as a franchised daycare and preschool from Yale Holdings Pte (Singapore) on 2nd February 2010 with the aim of bringing quality education into Cambodia. Our school was inaugurated on 1st April 2010 as a Singapore trilingual international preschool. On 28th June 2013, CISC expanded its national and international curricula to Primary Education. It then extended its scope to Secondary Education since 8th August 2018.
CISC offers international and trilingual (Khmer, English, Chinese) curricula with recognized standards from Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) especially the license of year 12 Baccalaureate Equivalent Diploma, International Primary/Secondary Curriculum from the UK and Chinese Odonata Class from Malaysia and lastly in 2023 Cambridge International School of Cambodia got the International Certificate of Recognition and was awarded by the School Curriculum and Standard Authority (SCSA) of Western Australia to implement the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE).
