WE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH

Being physically healthy enables you to have better overall health, including in your relationships. You only get one body, so taking care of it is important. By knowing your body, and your family's health history, you can start to figure out what is “normal” for you.

Social distancing: Schools should implement social distancing measures to prevent the spread of the virus. This can be done by reducing class sizes, reorganizing classrooms, and staggering schedules.

Hand hygiene: Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing should be encouraged and enforced. Schools can provide hand sanitizing stations in high-traffic areas like hallways and entrances.

Ventilation: Schools should improve ventilation by increasing airflow, using air filters, and opening windows and doors whenever possible.

Screening and testing: Screening and testing protocols should be put in place. Students, teachers, and staff should be screened daily for symptoms and tested when necessary.

Cleaning and disinfecting: Schools should increase their cleaning and disinfecting protocols to keep their facilities safe and clean.

It is important to follow these guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep schools safe for students, teachers, and staff.
